Pricing

All bookings include final cleaning, towels and bed linen.

The price consists of a base rate of €100 per night for 2 people.

Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge. An additional €10 per night is charged for each further adult guest, and €5 per night for children aged 2–17.

Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Between 13 and 7 days before arrival, 30% of the total price (the deposit) will be charged, and no refund is possible for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.

A small surcharge applies for weekends, holidays or event periods. We do not require a deposit on a trust basis, and no visitor’s tax is charged for this holiday flat in Gevelinghausen.

There is a discount of up to 20% for early bird or last-minute bookings, as well as a 10% long-stay discount for stays of 7 days or more. As an additional service, you can purchase firewood for the stove in the living/dining area or book a late check-out until 4 pm and relax and enjoy the rest of the day in the holiday flat.
