Our KIKI CASA is in the heart of the Sauerland, just 20 minutes from Willingen and Winterberg – perfect for couples or families who appreciate being close to ski resorts, bike parks, the Fort Fun amusement park, and well-known hiking trails such as the Rothaarsteig and the Ruhr Valley Cycle Route.
This quietly located holiday flat, newly opened in March 2026, offers the perfect retreat after action-packed excursions – away from the tourist hotspots.
The flat is on the ground floor of a two-family house in the Gevelinghausen district of Olsberg (no visitor’s tax or deposit) and features 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. A private, secluded garden, 1–2 parking spaces and self-service check-in via a key box ensure plenty of privacy.
In summer, the private terrace is ideal for relaxing and barbecuing with a cool drink, whilst the children can play in the garden.
Or, after a long winter’s day on the local ski slopes, you can relax comfortably in front of the warm fireplace. A ‘workation’ break is also perfectly possible thanks to the new high-speed fibre-optic connection.
The stylish, designer interior decoration in subtle natural tones ranging from beige to grey, green and gold creates a calming and understated atmosphere.
